Walk-In Support

 

When and where is it?

ResNet Walk-In support is available for the Spring and Fall semesters.  The Walk-in Center is located in Barrows Hall, room 005; hours will be posted at the beginning of each semester.  We will be closed during any holidays observed by the University and any cancellations that may occur. During the Summer and Winter semesters, please contact the IT Help Desk or Face-to-Face Support.

Note: Follow the green arrows to the room once you enter the main door of the building. 


Who is it for?

ResNet Walk-In Support is available for students that need technical assistance without scheduling an appointment.  We will help you install and configure Clean Access, remove viruses, and answer other CCSU related technology questions you may have.

What do I need to bring?

Laptops, desktops, and towers are all welcome and supported; no need to bring your monitor, keyboard, or mouse. If it is not convenient to carry your computer from your room, see your Residence Director or Residence Assistant to sign out a cart so you can transport your computer to the Walk-In Center.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

You do NOT need to schedule an appointment, just drop by and we will help you.  However, please allow sufficient time for us to diagnose your problem.
